Your AI can now answer questions about customer feedback and NPS
If you use the Customer feedback and NPS app, an AI assistant connected through AI Access can now read it. Try asking, for example: "How many customers did we lose this year, and why?" or "What's our NPS score over the last three months?".

If you use the Customer feedback and NPS app, an AI assistant connected through AI Access can now read it. Try asking, for example: “How many customers did we lose this year, and why?” or “What’s our NPS score over the last three months?”.
By default, AI can see aggregate figures: how many ended subscriptions received a reason, the response rate, the breakdown of cancellation reasons, the NPS score and invitation counts, and how many open messages you have per category. If you switch on Customer details under Settings → AI Access → “What AI can see”, AI can also retrieve individual answers - which customer, when, and what reason.
The actual text customers wrote in a cancellation, a message, or an NPS answer requires an extra, separate opt-in: Customer feedback text. It is off by default even when Customer details is enabled, because it is your customers’ own words. The text is always treated as a quote, never as an instruction to the AI.
If you already have an AI assistant connected, you need to reconnect it or reload its tools there for the new tools to show up - you don’t need to set up the connection again.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.
The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
