2. What data do we process?

Depending on your relationship with us, we may process your name, contact details, company and account information, billing information and the content of enquiries you send us. When you visit the website, technical information such as IP address, browser, time and page views may be processed for ordinary operation, security, troubleshooting and analytics. We may also process technical usage and referral/attribution information, such as information from campaign links, when this forms part of the website’s functionality.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to provide and administer our services, respond to enquiries, manage customer relationships, handle payment and accounting, secure our systems and comply with legal obligations. Accounting information is retained for the period required by applicable accounting rules. Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on them. Technical logs are retained for the shortest period necessary for security and troubleshooting.

Under applicable rules, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, as well as restriction of or objection to processing. You may also have a right to data portability. 6. Alunta as a data processor

When Alunta processes personal data on behalf of a customer as part of the service, Alunta acts as a data processor and the customer is the data controller. That processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement between the customer and Alunta. This privacy policy primarily concerns data that Alunta processes as a data controller.

We may update this privacy policy if our processing or the rules applicable to it change. The current version is always available on this page.
