Who’s behind Alunta?

Meet Oliver, Bo and Emil

We’re Bo, Oliver, and Emil. We believe in going all-in when we work, but we also believe life should be in balance. Family, free time, and a healthy lifestyle are an important foundation. We’ve learned that Alunta is best built when we ourselves have energy left over. We also work remotely and rarely meet in person — and that’s been the case for over 10 years.

Why is it called Alunta?

We could say the name signals simplicity and forward motion… but honestly, it was just a cheap 5-letter .com domain. So we thought, why not?

Is Alunta only for large companies?

No. We designed Alunta for small and medium-sized service businesses, which often lack a simple tool for subscriptions and recurring payments.

What technologies is Alunta built on?

Alunta is developed in PHP with the Laravel framework, uses MySQL for data storage, and AlpineJS for the frontend. It’s a mix of stability, speed, and scalability.
