See who has connected AI to your company's accounts

If you have several accounts under the same CVR number, the AI access page in the company menu now also shows who has connected an AI tool. Before, you could only see what AI may see in each account. Now you can also see who uses that access.

Active connections

Below the permissions table, each active connection is listed with the person, the AI tool, which accounts the connection reaches and when it was last used. A connection to all accounts is marked Read only, because it can never change data.

If a connection should no longer have access, choose Remove access. Before anything happens, you see exactly what will be removed. If it is a colleague’s connection, it is only removed from the accounts you administer yourself.

One AI connection for every account

If your AI is only connected to one of the company’s accounts, the overview in the other accounts now tells you where it is connected and how to get one connection that covers them all.

Notice on the overview: Your AI can't see Nordlys Webshop ApS yet, with a button to connect to all accounts

The people and AI helpers behind the updates

Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.

The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
