The team's timezone determines how invoicing dates and times are understood. For example, a period beginning at local midnight is shown on the date the team expects, even though the same instant has a different UTC date.

The team’s timezone determines how invoicing dates and times are understood. For example, a period beginning at local midnight is shown on the date the team expects, even though the same instant has a different UTC date.
Choose local time
Open the team profile or invoicing settings, choose the timezone, and optionally choose the invoicing time. Save the setting, then use the subscription’s local dates, upcoming invoices, and invoicing overview as your reference. Daylight saving time can change the corresponding UTC time without changing the local date the user sees.
The setting affects future displays and actions. It does not rewind invoicing already completed and does not change an invoice that already exists.
When the time looks wrong
First compare the team’s timezone with the displayed invoice date. A scheduled period, automatic invoicing, and a manual action can have different times. If the document already exists, check its status instead of starting another invoice.
