How it works

Payment methods affect timing

Card payments count on the charge date, bank transfers on the due date and Leverandørservice on the collection date. Posted unpaid invoices contribute their remaining balance until they become overdue.

A forecast you can understand

All amounts exclude VAT. The forecast assumes on-time payment and covers only Alunta invoices and subscriptions. Expenses and external invoices are excluded, as is usage that cannot yet be calculated.

Questions and answers about Cashflow forecast

Is this a forecast of our bank balance?

No. It shows expected payments or invoicing from Alunta, excluding expenses and your overall bank balance. Provider payouts may arrive later than the card charge date.

Why is an overdue invoice missing?

Once an invoice is overdue, Alunta no longer knows when it will be paid. It leaves the forecast and can be followed up separately. Use Payment reminders to follow up on overdue invoices.

Are customer payment terms included?

Yes. Customer payment terms are used for new invoices and in the forecast. Changing terms does not change existing invoices.
