Export invoices to CSV

The invoice overview gained CSV export. Open Export, choose a date range, and download the file for analysis. Check which invoice date the range uses. The file contains invoice number, invoice date, due date, customer, currency, total excluding VAT, VAT, and total including VAT. The date filter uses the invoice date.

Which date?

Use the same date interpretation when comparing the CSV with the invoice list. An invoice created in one period but booked later may fall outside a filter based on invoice date. The export is for analysis, not for changing or sending documents.

Use the export safely

Choose a narrow range while investigating and compare the row count with the invoice list. Filtering uses the date stated in the export dialog; later booking does not necessarily move the invoice to another invoice-date range. Use columns for reporting or reconciliation, but continue editing invoices in Alunta.

Questions: Why is an invoice missing? Check date, team, and access. Why is a status absent? The export includes only the columns currently offered.

CSV limitations

The export includes only documents the user can access and that match the dialog date. It does not contain a separate booking reconciliation and should not be sent to a customer as an official receipt. Save it with its export date for internal spreadsheets because invoice status can change later.

FAQ: Can I edit from CSV? No, use the invoice view. Can I use the customer export here? No, the two exports serve different purposes.
