Historical retrospective: March–August 2026; changed since September 2026

This article was written afterwards and describes the feature as it worked during the stated periods. Payment links later gained a fixed start date that can move the first payment and one-off amounts. See the checkout and self-service guide (Markdown file, AI agent-friendly).

Create and send

Open the customer’s offers or payment links, choose a plan or bundle, enter the agreed price and any one-off amounts, and review the payment methods available. Write the personal introduction and closing, then send the link from the flow or copy it if you want to use another channel. Copying a link does not itself send an email.

An offer can expire and be accepted under the rules shown in the flow. When the customer completes checkout, the subscription is created with the agreed price while the offer keeps its status. Different pricing models have different price-editing capabilities.

Where did “Offers” go? The feature is in the offer/payment-link flow, even if the label changed.

Can the link change the plan price? No, the special price applies only to that link.
