The reminder list explains more clearly why a case cannot be sent and what to do next. Open an invoice in a new tab from its claim details and return to the same list.

An invoice more than 90 days overdue that has not entered a reminder flow can be reviewed directly from the list. The invoice is preselected, but a reason is still required and payment evidence is checked again. Enrollment sends no email.
Steps are numbered. Their order is locked once the flow has sent an invoice reminder, or a delivery is in progress or uncertain. This prevents invoices from skipping or repeating steps after a move. Names and email copy can still be edited.
Card payments are grouped in a section that starts collapsed when automatic card follow-up is off. Pausing and disabling now use a confirmation dialog with clear choices.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.
The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
