Your AI can now explain integration errors in detail

If you have connected an AI assistant through AI access, it can now read your integration errors as you see them on the integration errors page, grouped the same way. It can also go into depth with a single error: what failed, how often it happened, which invoices or customers are affected, what you can do, and how it was resolved. For an EAN delivery or a webhook, it also sees the deliveries themselves. Open Leverandørservice collection cases are included when the person may see Leverandørservice.

Try asking, for example: “Why are our invoices failing in e-conomic, and what should I do?” or “Which webhooks were not delivered this week?”.

The AI never shows the provider’s own error text, request contents, bank details or the webhook address. Customer names require the Customer details setting, and invoice numbers and amounts require Invoice details under Settings → AI access → “What AI can see”. People who cannot open the integration errors page do not get access through AI either.

If you have already connected an AI assistant, reconnect it or reload its tools there to see the new tools.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates

Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.

The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
