Your AI can now reconcile Nets payouts
If you give your bookkeeper or your AI access under AI access, it can now reconcile payouts from Nets (Nexi) with your invoices and customers.
If you give your bookkeeper or your AI access under AI access, it can now reconcile payouts from Nets (Nexi) with your invoices and customers.
Export the payout list and individual transactions from the Nets portal, and ask the AI to reconcile. Where Alunta has the card capture, the transaction is linked to its invoice and customer using a verified gateway reference or time and amount. The AI can also see how the invoice was settled in e-conomic. Weaker or ambiguous matches are flagged. For each payout you get gross, fee and net checks and a fee journal CSV proposal. A large month is split into several calls. Bank checks only appear for users who may see the bank connection.
With a batch export, you can also get a CSV of individual payments with invoices, customers and documented batch fees. A fee belongs to one payment only when references and amounts agree and the batch contains one payment. Other fees stay unknown. The report and journal proposal are two views of costs and must not be booked as two expenses.
If two same-amount payments cannot be distinguished safely, the AI shows the possible invoices. Nothing is stored or booked in e-conomic.
Payout figures and the journal proposal are in DKK. The payment report shows each row’s currency. Transactions in other currencies can still be found, but their amounts are never added to DKK, and no fee journal is proposed for a payout with different currencies.
It requires that you book in e-conomic, have turned on Payment and bookkeeping details and General ledger and entries under AI access, and that the user is an owner, an admin or has bookkeeping access. Plain members cannot use it.
Bank reconciliation for bookkeepers is on by default and lets people with finance access check relevant Nets deposits’ dates and net amounts against imported bank entries when payment details, ledger reads and the bank connection are enabled. Owners/admins can turn it off under AI access for each account or through the company grid. Access is read-only.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.
The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
