Investigate Stripe payments with your AI
Your AI assistant can now read payments, fees and payouts directly from your connected Stripe account. Ask it to investigate a suspected duplicate payment and trace the money from the customer payment to the bank payout, including payments created outside Alunta.

An owner or administrator enables Live Stripe data under Settings → AI Access → What AI can see. Customer, invoice and payment details must also be enabled. Access is available to owners, administrators and people with finance access. Refresh the connection in your AI assistant afterwards.
The option grants read access to the entire connected Stripe account, including when it is shared with other Alunta accounts. Sensitive data is masked. AI cannot charge, refund, cancel or change anything in Stripe. Ordinary bank transfers still require bank data or a bank statement.
