Invoices that never reached your accounting system
Alunta books your invoices in e-conomic, Dinero, Billy or Uniconta as soon as they are created. But invoices from before you connected your accounting system were not booked by themselves, and you were never told about them. Now you are.

Alunta books your invoices in e-conomic, Dinero, Billy or Uniconta as soon as they are created. But invoices from before you connected your accounting system were not booked by themselves, and you were never told about them. Now you are.
If an invoice is still not booked after a day and has no error, it appears under Needs attention on the dashboard. Only people who may manage the accounting integration see it.
Choose Review the invoices and decide what happens:
- Book them. They are booked in the next automatic runs (every 6 hours). You can limit it to invoices from a chosen date, for example if VAT for the oldest has already been reported.
- Do not book them. For example if your bookkeeper already booked them by hand. The message then only returns if there are new ones.
The invoices keep the number and due date your customers received. Payments on the invoices you book are booked according to your payment settings.
You get the same choice when you turn bookkeeping on, for example when you finish the e-conomic setup guide.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.
The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
