Do I have to change accounting software?
No. Keep Dinero for accounting and connect Alunta to it. Alunta manages recurring agreements and billing.
Is revenue allocation part of the connection?
Revenue allocation is enabled through a separate app. With Dinero, Alunta handles allocation and monthly posting. The first month is always approved; after that, choose automation or monthly approval. Activation applies to new subscription invoice lines going forward.
Can I review invoices first?
Yes. With semi-automatic billing, Alunta prepares invoices and you approve them. Choose the balance between automation and control that works for your business.
Can Alunta also keep track of payments?
Yes. Alunta can send payments to your accounts and retrieve documented payments when the relevant settings are enabled. We help bring payment methods and accounting together.
