A sample sheet for a clearer overview
- New customer
- A new row in the overview
- Invoice and payment
- Events are included
- Your team
- More time to use the numbers
Less exporting, copying and pasting.
A spreadsheet should be a tool, not a chore.
You already have a good way of working with numbers. Connect it to the data that lives in Alunta.
Customer events move forward.
Send data about new customers, invoices, payments, cancellations and more to the Google Sheet you choose. This makes the sheet a more natural part of the flow.
Your sheet. Your overview.
Choose the spreadsheet that suits your reporting. Use your own views and working methods with information from Alunta.
Fewer repeated exports.
You should spend your time on what the numbers say. The connection helps with recurring data transfers that would otherwise stay on your list.
It is the everyday work that counts
Give your monthly report a better start.
Maybe your team shares a spreadsheet for sales, customer work or internal reporting. When relevant events from Alunta reach the sheet, no one has to start with a fresh export each time they want to continue the work.
You can still keep customer agreements and billing together in Alunta. The spreadsheet becomes a useful partner for overview and analysis, and colleagues get a connection that can make their workflow easier.

Some overviews work well in a sheet. Others start with a question. With Alunta MCP access, a compatible AI can help you explore your business data.

Which way does data move?
This integration sends event data from Alunta to Google Sheets. It is a way to bring information into your overview and reporting.
Does editing a cell change Alunta?
The Google Sheets connection sends data out of Alunta. Changes in the sheet do not by themselves change a customer agreement in Alunta. Agreements are managed in Alunta or through a relevant API integration.
Can you help me get started?
Of course. Show us the overview you want to build and we will help you find a good connection between Alunta and your spreadsheet.
