Yes. The customer portal gives customers a place to update their card and find invoices. It is good service that saves both you and the customer an email thread.
Yes. Alunta’s hosted checkout and customer portal can offer SEPA Direct Debit in EUR when the method is available on your connected Stripe account. It is a bank payment with a payment mandate, and confirmation can arrive later than for a card payment.
