Import customers and subscriptions from Stripe

You can now import existing customers and subscriptions directly from Stripe. See an overview of all importable customers with subscription details, MRR, and next renewal date, and import them with a single click.

How it works

• Full customer overview with subscription plan, MRR, and next renewal date
• Search and filter to quickly find the customers you want to import
• VAT number automatically imported from Stripe, so you don’t have to enter it manually
• Pagination so you can review the complete list, while each conversion can include at most 100 selected customers

Go to Settings > Integrations > Stripe to get started with the import.

Select at most 100 customers in one conversion. If you have more, review and import them in separate batches; pagination makes the list complete but does not remove this limit.

Later expansion: preview and review

The import was later expanded with a fuller review. Search or filter records, check plan matching, currency, interval, quantity, registration details, and next renewal date, and confirm only the preview you reviewed. A preview changes no customers or subscriptions. Check plan, price, and date afterwards. The import does not move historical invoices or payments.
