Third-party integrations

Alunta now has an open marketplace for third-party integrations. Partners can build and publish integrations that connect Alunta to other tools, and you activate the ones you need with a click.

For your team

• Browse available integrations under Third-party integrations in the main menu.
• Activate an integration in one click and configure it directly from Alunta.
• Send a test webhook from the activation page to verify the connection before going live.
• Settings can be edited after activation, so you can update values without deactivating first.

The API module must be enabled on your team for third-party integrations to work.

For partners

Want to build an integration yourself? Go to Integration portal to get started:

• Register as a partner and create your profile.
• Define which settings your integration needs via form fields (text, select, dynamic dropdown, hidden fields and more).
• Your integration receives webhooks from Alunta and can call the Alunta API via OAuth. No code runs on Alunta’s servers.
• Publish your integration to the marketplace when you’re ready.

Safe by design

• Webhook deliveries are logged for 7 days so you can troubleshoot failures.
• Published integrations are locked from editing while live or pending review.
• Per-team visibility lets partners test an integration on selected teams before going public.
