New payment gateway: PensoPay

You can now connect your Alunta account with PensoPay as a payment gateway. PensoPay is now available as an alternative to OnPay, QuickPay and Stripe, letting you pick the gateway that best fits your business.

What’s new

• Connect PensoPay under Extensions → PensoPay. Just paste your PensoPay access token - we automatically fetch the rest of the configuration.
• Recurring payments are charged automatically via PensoPay when your invoices fall due.
• Invoice payments can be received via PensoPay’s hosted payment window without saving the card.
• Customer portal lets your customers add and switch payment cards via PensoPay.
• Pre-authorisation works with PensoPay the same way as with OnPay and QuickPay - we reserve the amount before the due date and capture it automatically on the day.

What hasn’t changed

PensoPay behaves exactly like the other gateways from your perspective: pick a gateway, create subscription plans, and let Alunta handle the rest. You can always switch between gateways without losing data.
