A sharper customer overview, your own invoice numbers and intro offers

We’ve built a whole batch of things over the past few weeks that give you more overview and more control. Here are the highlights.

A customer overview you build yourself

You now decide which columns show in the customer overview, and your choice is remembered for next time. We’ve also added new columns, so you can see what matters most without clicking into each customer:

• MRR and upcoming MRR per customer
• Subscriptions on the customer
• EAN number and delivery method
• Your own custom fields

You can filter the list by whether a custom field is filled in, and the whole overview can be exported to CSV.

Control your invoice numbers

You can now set which number your next invoice should have. If you use e-conomic, Dinero or Billy, Alunta can also fetch the next available number straight from your accounting system, so the number sequence stays in sync across systems.

Intro offers on subscriptions

You can now add an intro offer to a subscription type - a starting discount that runs for a period you choose and then automatically rolls over to the normal price. It makes it easy to offer new customers a good price up front, without changing the regular price going forward.

Take over existing Leverandørservice agreements

If you already have Leverandørservice through another provider, you can now move those agreements to Alunta with a wizard that guides you through the takeover and matches your existing customers automatically.

Add a trial period straight from the subscription

You can now give an existing subscription a trial period directly from the subscription menu - without recreating it.

Smaller improvements

• Payments and refunds now show on the customer’s activity timeline
• Your own footer text on your invoices
• Option to show prices incl. VAT in the public view
• Per-customer email preferences, so you control who gets what
