Radar sends fewer, more concrete alerts

Radar now groups matters that may need follow-up so each customer is counted once. The overview shows the most important current matter and the estimated annual subscription value for flagged customers. The figure does not include every monitored customer and uses subscriptions registered at the latest Radar check.

Radar alerts you when an expected annual report cannot be seen six months and 30 days after the calculated period end. The wording remains deliberately cautious because a company may have changed its financial year. Reports already overdue when Radar started checking are recorded without triggering an alert.

Radar also follows registered auditors. If an earlier check showed an active auditor and a later company-register check shows no active registered auditor, Radar sends an alert. This may be due to an audit exemption or a change of auditor and is not in itself evidence of financial problems. A normal auditor replacement is only stored as history.

New annual reports, capital changes, auditor replacements, and recovered company statuses are kept as history without notifications. Unknown company statuses are logged operationally but are not shown as a customer signal until classified.
