Product update from Alunta

Get below the Free limit directly from the notice

If your team exceeds an Alunta Free limit, an owner or administrator can now delete surplus customers directly from the dashboard notice. The list shows each customer's active subscriptions and fixed monthly recurring revenue, so you can start with the customers that affect the limit most.

If your team exceeds an Alunta Free limit, an owner or administrator can now delete surplus customers directly from the dashboard notice. The list shows each customer’s active subscriptions and fixed monthly recurring revenue, so you can start with the customers that affect the limit most.

Management access opens immediately when a restricted team is below both the customer and revenue limits again. If the account was already closed because of the Free limit or at your own request, a separate button is shown to reopen it. Deleting a customer never reopens a closed account by itself.

Deleting a customer ends their active subscriptions, but invoices and history are retained. The customer is not deleted from your accounting system. Customers with active Leverandørservice mandates or collections in progress can only be deleted after those have been completed safely.

Meet the developers behind Alunta

Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. We use AI and specialised agents to research, build and test changes – but the final decisions and responsibility remain ours.

Every changelog is sent automatically from Alunta to this page, so anyone can follow how the product develops – even without logging in or having an Alunta account.
