Correct starting price for tiered subscriptions

When a customer buys a tiered subscription through checkout, Alunta now saves the usage and pricing tier used to calculate the checkout price. Future invoices therefore continue on the correct tier instead of falling back to the plan’s lowest price after the card payment.

For checkouts created through the API, you can also select a specific minimum starting tier. The customer’s actual usage can still place the subscription on a higher tier, but never below the selected minimum.
