Get a complete overdue invoice overview with AI

Alunta AI Access can now answer directly how many invoices are overdue, how many unique customers they affect, and the total outstanding balance in each currency.

The summary uses each invoice’s current calculated balance, including recorded payments, completed refunds, and linked credit notes. It also shows whether automatic payment registration from the connected accounting system is supported and enabled, and when import activity was last started, succeeded, or failed.

Legacy e-conomic connections without a stored agreement number can now safely import and verify recorded payments as well. When the agreement number later becomes known, duplicate-import protection also survives a subsequent disconnect and reconnect.

The overview covers all invoice history. The existing invoice summary covers only its selected invoice-date period, so it can show a lower overdue amount when older invoices remain unpaid.

The summary contains aggregate figures only. Both Invoice details and Customer details must still be enabled in AI Access before AI can show individual invoices and customer names.
