License subscriptions with a base price and included users

You can now sell license subscriptions with a fixed base price, a number of included users and a price per extra user. Your customers choose the total number at checkout and immediately see what their subscription costs.

For example, a base price of DKK 149 including one user plus DKK 79 per extra user gives a total of DKK 307 per month for three users, excluding VAT.

On the license plan’s price row, enable Base price with included licenses and enter the base price, the included quantity and the price per extra license. Monthly and annual prices are configured separately, and you can set different prices for each currency.

Checkout shows the base price and extra users separately. The invoice shows the subscription’s total price with an explanation of the license quantity. The agreed terms stay with the subscription through renewals and quantity changes.

This option applies to individual license subscriptions created through checkout, manually or through the API. It is not available for bundles, deals or Stripe imports. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed prices, and ordinary per-license pricing continues to work as before.
