Your AI can now read along in all your apps
If you have connected an AI assistant through AI access, it can now answer questions about every app you use in Alunta. Before, it could see customers, subscriptions, invoices and bookkeeping. Now it can also see the figures from these apps:
If you have connected an AI assistant through AI access, it can now answer questions about every app you use in Alunta. Before, it could see customers, subscriptions, invoices and bookkeeping. Now it can also see the figures from these apps:
- Card payments: failed card payments and cards that expire soon.
- Payment reminders: how many reminders have been sent, and what is waiting for approval.
- Self-service: how many people completed a purchase, and what they paid or were invoiced.
- API and Webhooks: which API calls fail, and how your webhooks are doing.
- Reseller: which resellers pay for which customers, and how much.
- Installments: how much is paid, due and outstanding on subscriptions paid in installments.
- Alunta Radar: open findings on your customers, and how much of your subscription revenue they affect.
- Health check: what the latest check found, and what has been resolved since.
Try asking, for example: “Which card payments failed last month?” or “Are there Radar findings I should look at?”.
The AI can only read. It cannot change anything in the apps, and it never sees card numbers, access keys or payment links. Customer names and invoice numbers require that you have switched on Customer details or Invoice details under Settings → AI access → “What AI can see”. The AI also never sees more than the person can see in Alunta themselves.
If you have already connected an AI assistant, reconnect it or reload its tools there to see the new tools - you do not need to set up the connection again.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.
The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
