A calmer reminder overview, and skip a single invoice

The Reminders tab has been tidied up. At the top you see at a glance where you stand, for example "12 invoices ready for a reminder · DKK 131,880.00", with Refresh list and a menu with Add older overdue item, Skip the next run and Turn off reminders on the right. The line below shows when the next run is and when the list was last updated.

Warnings only appear when there is something to do: when some invoices have payments to reconcile, a line links straight to the payments, and when the payments from your accounting system are not up to date, a line says so too.

When a customer has several invoices in the same reminder, the invoices are now always listed on their own lines under the customer, so you can see them without clicking. All of them are checked as included. Uncheck an invoice if it should be skipped this time. The reminder is then sent with only the other invoices and their total, and the invoice you skipped comes back in a later reminder if it is still unpaid. This applies only to the reminder you approve, never to automatic sends.

If a claim should not be reminded at all, you find Exclude and Resume for each claim in the customer’s menu.
