See a customer's next charge before it happens
You can now see exactly what a customer will be charged and invoiced on its next billing date, without any money being taken, any invoice being created or anything being booked.
You can now see exactly what a customer will be charged and invoiced on its next billing date, without any money being taken, any invoice being created or anything being booked.
Through the API, GET /api/v1/customers/{uuid}/upcoming-invoices returns the invoice lines with period texts, discounts, fees, VAT and total, and which card is charged how much. You can also ask for a specific date within the next 12 months. Use it to show “next payment” in your own product, to check a setup before you go live, or to verify a move from another billing system.
The preview follows the same dates and grouping as the automatic runs, also when a short first period is charged together with the next full period, or when usage with an included quantity is added. Usage in a period that has not ended yet is marked as an estimate based on what has been reported so far.
