Delivered usage is retained after automatic cancellation
When a subscription ends automatically after a payment failure, positive debt for completed usage periods and periods billed on the last day is retained. It can be invoiced under the usual rules, and the ended email explains the separate invoicing.

Resuming does not charge that debt to a new card, and it does not move to a new customer or payer. The manual End without requiring payment choice still forgives the debt. Previously deleted periods are not automatically restored.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.
The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
