Alunta Analytics

Know what is changing. Decide what comes next.

Where is growth coming from? What are you losing, and what is the next useful question? Alunta Analytics brings together key subscription figures, so you can follow the trend without preparing a spreadsheet for the meeting first.

Use recurring subscription value, new agreements and cancellations to understand how your business is changing. Alunta already holds the subscriptions. Analytics brings their trends into view, giving your team a clearer basis for deciding what to do next.

From agreement to action

A better starting point for the Monday meeting.

You want to understand how the business is changing. Start with the agreements instead of collecting new spreadsheets from the whole team.

  1. Open the overview.

Find key subscription figures such as MRR, ARR and ARPU together. You get a shared starting point for discussing the trend.

  2. Look at the changes.

Explore new agreements and lost subscription value. A net change is the start of a useful conversation about what is working.

  3. Turn insight into the next step.

Find the customers and agreements again, then choose follow-up that makes sense. That might be a new offer, a customer conversation or a closer look at a cancellation.

Useful questions

Before you choose your workflow.

Which key figures can I track?

Alunta Analytics shows MRR, ARR, ARPU and subscription trends, among other figures. You can also see new subscription value and value lost from cancelled agreements.

Is MRR the same as money received?

MRR normalises recurring subscription value to one month. Invoices, payments received and revenue posted in the accounts are different views. Use Analytics for subscription trends and payment or accounting data for those questions.

Can I view several Alunta accounts together?

Company Overview can combine eligible accounts with the same Danish company registration number (CVR). Accounts with different CVR numbers remain separate.
