How does Alunta send EAN invoices?

EAN is a delivery method set on the customer in Alunta. Once configured with the recipient number and reference, the invoice can be sent electronically through NemHandel as part of the billing flow.

Can I see whether delivery succeeds?

Yes. You can follow the delivery and see errors that need action. An invoice being sent or delivered is a separate step from customer payment; you can follow each part in its own flow.

Can my other customers still get invoices by email?

Yes. Delivery is chosen for each customer, so EAN customers and customers who receive invoices by email can be part of the same Alunta business.
