Bring more flow to everyday invoicing.

A giro card is most useful when it fits the rest of your business. That is where Alunta comes in.

  1. A reference on the invoice.

Alunta adds FI details to the invoice, so the customer can pay through their bank with a reference to the right document.

  2. Recurring agreements are included.

Use the subscription agreement as the basis for upcoming invoices. The customer keeps a familiar way to pay while you keep an overview in Alunta.

  3. Room for your bookkeeper.

Connect billing with your accounting system. A clear invoice reference gives you a better basis for following and reconciling the bank payment.

It is the everyday work that counts

You can automate and keep bank payments.

A recurring service agreement may need an invoice each month while the customer pays through their bank. Alunta keeps track of the agreement and billing, and the FI giro card gives the customer the payment details for the invoice.

You can also let Alunta prepare invoices and approve them yourself before they are sent. That means fewer repeated tasks while keeping a review step that fits the way you work.

Good questions. Good connections.

Does an FI giro card automatically withdraw money from the customer?

The FI giro card gives the customer details for a bank transfer, which the customer makes. If you want to collect directly from a business customer’s account, Leverandørservice may be relevant.

Are all bank payments matched automatically?

Payment registration follows your bank and accounting setup. A clear reference helps reconciliation. We are happy to help you find a good combination of billing, payments and bookkeeping.

Can I approve the invoices first?

Yes. With semi-automatic billing, Alunta prepares invoices and you review them before they are sent. You choose the balance between automation and control.
