Let one customer pay for several

If one customer pays on behalf of other customers, you can now collect those subscriptions on one invoice. This is useful for resellers, partner agreements, headquarters or other customers that manage payment for several underlying customers.

How it works

Enable Reseller under Apps & integrations, then choose which customers pay for others. When subscriptions renew, Alunta gathers the covered subscriptions on the payer’s invoice, while each individual customer still keeps their own history and subscriptions.

The invoice groups lines by customer, so it is easy for the payer to read, and accounting, VAT and payment follow the customer that actually pays.

You control it per subscription

A customer can have some subscriptions paid by the reseller and other subscriptions paid directly by the customer. When you create or edit subscriptions, you can choose whether each subscription should be covered by the payer or invoiced directly to the customer.

That gives you more flexibility without creating extra customers or building consolidated invoices manually.
