A steady rhythm

One shared overview

Find the agreement, invoice and payment status with the customer.

From agreement to action

From the first purchase to the next renewal.

A customer buys a monthly service agreement online. Here is how the purchase connects to recurring billing.

  1. The customer finds the right agreement.

Use self-service, a payment link or checkout from your own product. Make it easy to buy what you are good at delivering.

  2. Your provider processes the payment.

Stripe or OnPay processes the card payment through your connected account. Alunta keeps the customer, agreement and payment status together.

  3. The next renewal follows the agreement.

Alunta prepares recurring invoices and connects them to your payment and accounting setup. Customers can find invoices and update supported payment cards in the portal.

Useful questions

Before you choose your workflow.

Which card providers can I use?

Alunta connects with providers including Stripe and OnPay. Use your own agreement with the provider, and we can help bring payments, subscriptions and accounting together.

Can customers update their payment card themselves?

Yes, with a supported payment provider. Customers can update their card and find invoices in the customer portal without contacting your team.

Can I accept MobilePay?

Yes, for one-off payments through Alunta’s direct MobilePay integration. For automatic subscription renewals, you can use card payments or a relevant bank debit.

Choose your connection

Choose an available integration. Payment methods depend on the connection, your provider account and the customer’s setup.

Test the payment journey

Test checkout and recurring collection before launch. Check both successful payments and payments that need attention.

Make follow-up easier
