Make it easier to say yes to a good agreement.

You decide how your own collection is split. Alunta gives each instalment a place in the subscription’s payment flow, so the customer can pay at several points while your team keeps track. It is a flexible agreement with less calendar work around it.

From agreement to action

A year of working together. Four clearer payments.

In the example, you sell an annual service for DKK 12,000 and split your own collection into four equal instalments.

  1. Keep the overall agreement together.

The customer still buys the service and period you agreed. The instalment setup gives payment a different rhythm for the same service.

  2. Give each instalment its place.

Choose the number and allocation. Each instalment gets its own due date and payment line, so your team can follow the specific flow in Alunta.

  3. Let the recurring flow work for you.

Invoice instalments when they are due through your setup, and let the next subscription renewal reuse the selected allocation. There is less to start over.
