Product update from Alunta
Attach fixed files to your invoice emails
Under Settings > Customer emails you can now upload files that are automatically included with the invoice emails you send to your customers. Terms and conditions, a guide or a warranty certificate, for example. You can have up to 5 active files in PDF, PNG and JPG, and 3 MB in total.

The files are attached to the ordinary invoice email whether it is sent automatically, manually or through the API. They also follow subscription confirmations and Leverandørservice signup emails when an invoice is included. Credit notes and the EAN transmission itself never carry attachments.
The attachments are locked in when the email is created. A retry therefore sends the same files, while a new send uses whatever is configured at that moment. Removing a file keeps it off future emails, but emails that have already been created still carry it.

Meet the developers behind Alunta
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. We use AI and specialised agents to research, build and test changes – but the final decisions and responsibility remain ours.
Every changelog is sent automatically from Alunta to this page, so anyone can follow how the product develops – even without logging in or having an Alunta account.
