Let your AI look into it when something is off
The Support page is simpler. Before, you had to choose whether your problem was about integrations, payments, webhooks or the API before you got help. That choice is gone - it is rarely possible to know until someone has looked.

If you have connected an AI under My AI, you now get one ready-made question to paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. The AI asks what is not working and looks through your account itself to find where the problem is. It explains what is wrong and what you can do about it - even at 11 pm on a Sunday.
If you click Get help next to a specific integration error, webhook or invoice, the details of the problem still come along - both to your AI and to us.
The question asks the AI to only read and change nothing. And if you would rather talk to a person, you can still ask Oliver to reach out or write directly to oliver@alunta.com.

The people and AI helpers behind the updates
Bo Møller and Emil Højbjerg are the primary developers behind Alunta. They spend most of their time coding, so they have delegated the wording of these explanations to our AI helpers.
The AI helpers write from the updates we have deployed to the product. Bo and Emil are behind the changes and remain responsible for ensuring the information reflects what was actually released.
