Control which emails your customers receive

You can now choose exactly which emails Alunta sends to your customers. The new page brings all customer-facing emails together in one place, so you can toggle them on and off as needed.

What can you control?

• Tier changed - sent when a customer’s subscription changes tier. Includes the related adjustment invoice.
• New invoice - sent when a new invoice is created for the customer.
• Subscription confirmation - sent when a new subscription is created.
• Subscription ended due to payment failure - sent when a subscription is automatically ended after repeated payment failures.
• Payment could not be processed - sent when capturing a payment fails.
• Payment reminder - sent as a reminder if a payment has not been completed.

Each email can be toggled individually. Your choices apply to all customers on your Alunta account.

Emails that are always sent

A few emails are required for your customers to use the customer portal and are therefore marked as locked. You can see what they contain, but cannot disable them:

• Portal login link - sent when the customer requests a login link to the customer portal.

New mail: Tier change

When a customer’s tier changes, the customer now receives a single combined email with information about the change and the related adjustment invoice attached - instead of two separate emails.

How to get started

Go to Settings → Customer emails to view your current settings and adjust them.
