See when your customers last reported data

You can now see at a glance which of your customers are actively reporting data into Alunta - and get a timeline overview of everything that’s happening on an individual customer.

New green badge: “Data reported”

On the customer overview, a customer gets a green “Data reported” badge when usage data or parameter values have been received within the last 31 days. This makes it easy to tell the customers that are actively running apart from ones where the integration may have stalled.

The existing orange “Recent activity” badge for portal visits is unchanged - the two badges can happily show side by side.

New tab: “Activity” on the customer

On an individual customer there is now an Activity tab that gathers everything that’s happened on the customer in a single chronological timeline:

• Portal visits (grouped per day)
• Reported usage
• Reported parameter values
• Subscription changes (start, cancellation, update, renewal, trial)
• Milestone for when data was first received

Use the tab to quickly judge whether a customer is moving, has stalled, or needs a follow-up - without digging through sub-tabs.
