Cancellations

A goodbye can be a good experience.

When a customer leaves, the practical details should be clear. Alunta helps you end the agreement, track the final date and keep billing in step. Your team can focus on a helpful conversation and leave the customer with a good final impression.

Useful questions

Before you choose your workflow.

Does a subscription always stop immediately?

A regular cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the subscription period. A notice period or later paid or invoiced periods can move the end date further out. Alunta shows the date that applies to the subscription.

Can a customer cancel themselves?

Yes, when you have enabled self-service cancellation. The customer portal follows the subscription terms and shows the end date before the customer confirms.

Can a cancelled subscription be resumed?

Alunta supports resuming subscriptions. The available options depend on the subscription’s current state. Contact our support team if you would like help reviewing a specific agreement.
